Calendar and clock have been stopped

Please help! A website calendar and clock are stopped. If I log in under admin account it works fine. If I save main preferences, the date and time are updated, but again just fixed, not going further anymore. I use latest version of WordPress, The Events Calendar plugin and time countdown.Website is in Russian https://colormode.ru/
