WordPress stopped working

  • As soon as I allowed a couple of comments to go through, my website suddenly stopped working. Every time I go onto the site, I am greeted with this message:

    The e-mail could not be sent.
    Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…

    Even the admin menu is disabled. What seems to be the problem?
