allow user to vote for own comment

    I realize I can comment out the if statement in the is_vote_valid function, but I’m trying to think of a way to do that doesn’t need me to edit out content every time the plugin is updated.

    It would require some changes in the code, like adding a filter flag. If this is a feature that others would like, I might add it.
