    I need to be able to control client permissions. I’ve tried other ticketing plugins that suggested user role changing plugins, but I’m also using S2Member, and Roles are protected.

    Will the pro version limit what the client can do on their end?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your interest.

    In pro version, you can limit submitting tickets to particular roles among all available roles including your custom roles created.

    Selected roles will able to access ticketing page while others will not even see ticket submit form.
    (Please see settings screen-shot here for limiting roles.)

    By default it is not restricted.
