Unable to get support on ManageWP website

I realize this is an odd way to about getting support regarding the main product, but it’s been 9-10 hours since I put in a request on the ManageWP website (in fact I submitted two different requests, one through the “contact us” form, and one email to the email address I found on your Twitter account).
I realize this is a weekend, and apparently you’re all located in Serbia, but 10 hours???
I *would* submit a request from within the dashboard, but that’s the problem, I can’t login. I set up 2FA when you first offered it and it’s always worked fine for me. Suddenly I’m not getting the SMS with my login code. I’ve tested my texts and they’re working fine receiving from a variety of other sources.
I went looking on your website to see if something has changed, and noticed that it now says that 2FA is only available through the business plan (you can’t be serious?). I have a free plan and had no problem signing up for it and using 2FA for months now.
Is this why I’m suddenly locked out of my account? The lack of support certainly doesn’t make me want to continue with you, even on a free/test basis, much less pay money for a service with no support.
