WooCommerce theme problem

    I am using the Modernise Theme and woocommerece.
    The tan colored bar under my logo with home bracelets earrings necklaces etc – I HATE the look and am unable to change it – Before adding woocommerce I remember at least being able to change the color of the background and drop down boxes – Now that edit choice is nowhere to be found. did adding woocommerce or something else lock me into what I have? Is there any way to change the look of that tan bar (Red circle around it) ?
    I want it clean no background color and no black divider lines between the choices. I’d also like to edit the color of the drop downs font and background. IS THERE A FIX??

    I found it – I swear to god it was not there and has reappeared – as >modernize >overall elements >element color >navigation
