• First, let me thank you for creating such a great plugin. Installed easily, setting up very intuitive. I had my first form ready for editing in just minutes. That’s the good news. Here is my problem that I can’t figure out. I use Gravity Forms to take order and registrations online where people purchase apparel and register for their sport. That works great. I use the PaPal Pro Legacy version Gravity Add-on to facilitate payment. All is well so far. The Gravity List page allows me to only view the fields that I want to be able to edit which is great. However, lets say I want to edit a size of a t-shirt someone ordered in error and I hit edit, as you describe it takes you to the entire form entries for that particular ID. When I try to only update a size and click update it gives me the form error on the payment module as having incomplete information. I don’t want to have it charge the person a second time while trying to update a size. Sorry a little long winded but any ideas about how or if I can get around this? Order form can be found here:

Thanks for any help you can give.

Hmm. This was a tough one. Ill think some about this and post back.

I’ve been thinking more about this problem. Would it be possible to solve this dilemma by breaking down the process into 2 forms. If I created a second form called Payment Center that would incorporate the form output from the information form they just submitted for review, would the GF Payment module be able to capture the Total payment amount and populate it in the Payment amount to be charged using some sort of hook from the information form? That way, any size changes that would be required I could do with your plugin and not have the issue with the payment module. I’m not a programmer so I apologize in advance if this is a stupid idea. Please let me know your thoughts on this approach. Thanks for your time.

Actually it’s a very good idea! Pre populating the payment form should be fairly simple. Ill post some code for you tomorrow and work with you to get this fixed.

On second thought I’m not sure that this will work. Try setting the confirmation of the first form to “redirect” and include the data in the Query-string. Then, on the payment form, edit the fields that you want to populate and activate dynamic population using the same variables as in the query string.

However, I’m not sure it will work. What about editing the entries on the back end?

Thanks for the input. I’ll keep messing with it. I’m trying to get a system set up for easy maintenance for my wife’s business. I know I can adjust entries in the back end. She wants her employees to be doing it so I’m having to mess with it. Thanks again for your time.
