Did I get an email from EDD?

I seem to remember getting a email from EDD when I downloaded and installed EDD a few days ago. I recall it was a welcome email with a discount offer on extensions.
Was I imagining this? I cannot find the email in my inbox.
If not could you tell me the name that would appear in the “from” column.
