Members Only Button

  • First of all thanks for the plug-in.

    I’m using the Gravity Forms extension and am having issues with the downloads not working for users that are NOT logged in. I want anybody to be able to download the file, but when I somebody tried it says they do not have permission to view. I’ve unchecked the “Members Only” option and it doesn’t do the trick. What am I missing here?

    I’m still having issues with this, has anybody experienced anything similar? I have it working perfectly fine on my staging site but on my production site, it’s still not allowed non-logged in users to access the file.

    Any chance you’re hosting on WPEngine? If so, could you email them and ask them not to cache anything in the /download/*/ structure?
