Problems with Genesis Latest Tweets

ve just installed the Genesis Latest Tweets Plugin for a Centric Pro Theme but it doesnt work at all. When I try to set the settings, it shows me the message:No tienes suficientes permisos para acceder a esta página
(English: You don`t have permissions to acess to this page)
