Only publish certain fields of the resume on the front end

I want to limit the visibility of some of the resume fields on the front end, I have field editor so I have modified the questions but I don’t see an option to only have the answers to the questions and the questions themselves visible only to admin on the backend when a new resume has been submitted and not published on the front end, is this possible without coding please.
