    Hey guys,

    My site is https://www.nathanabshire.com.

    My site is linked twice on wordpress.com, as shown here.

    Neither work. Clicking the top one shows no stats whatsoever. Clicking the bottom one just presents the error message shown in the link.

    A little backstory: I had jetpack installed on my site, and I completely wiped that site to get a fresh start. I did not unlink the site from my Jetpack first (which I’m starting to see was a mistake).

    After building a fresh site AT THE SAME DOMAIN, I installed Jetpack and connected it with WordPress, and…well, here’s the result.

    No, I cannot unlink the sites from wordpress.com. When clicking on settings, I receive the same message about not being able to retrieve my site’s settings.

    Yes, jetpack is up to date (3.5.3)
    Yes, wordpress is up to date (4.2.2)

    Thanks for the report! Could you please try disconnecting and then reconnecting Jetpack to WordPress.com?

    To do so, navigate to Dashboard > Jetpack. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Disconnect from WordPress.com” link. After doing so, click the “Connect to Get Started” button to reconnect.

    Please let me know when you have done so, and I will check that your connection is working properly on our end. Then I can go ahead and remove any “broken” sites that are still listed.
