Works on all pages except home page

Hello,

I just downloaded and installed this plugin. Worked great on Chrome browser. I tested in Firefox and Internet Exploder and it allows the home page to be viewed. Clicking link to any other page, goes to maintenance page. Any idea why it allows the home page on the two browsers?
