Backup Yoast SEO work to import once NEW wordpress site is created.

Hi,
My wordpress theme is becoming a problem and I want to create a new site based on a new theme. I have backed up the site via FTP and via export all content.

However I dont want to loose my google rankings position wise etc… so I was looking for a quick way to import all my SEO work. Can I export and import Yoast SEO ?
