New Album Creation (Front-end)

    Hi, Jacob.

    I have checked different settings, and I cannot get the creation of new albums for logged-in, front-end users. With admin account, yes, but no other roles, even when I change permissions.

    My settings are the following:

    VII.B1:1-2 checked (Roles have correct settings in sec B)
    VII.D:1.1-2.1 checked
    IX.D:7.1 set to ‘–none–‘
    IX.D:7.2-9 checked
    IX.D:11 –none–

    I have been trying to figure it out, but to no avail. Please, any suggestions or need any other settings? What am I missing?

    With these settings you should see the create album link on album covers owned by the current user.

    If those albums do not yet exist, add either an upload widget or an upload box ( shortcode: [wppa type="upload"][/wppa] ) to the page.

    The upload box will also show the create albums link ( if the user is allowed to create albums ), exactly as the upload widget.

    Yes, the upload ‘widget’ is in place already, so not sure what the issue is.

    As mentioned, the admin shows the Create Album in the shortcode upload ‘widget’, but the other users do not, even when I have checked every item for said user’s role permission, either in your front-end or another.

    I can provide screenshots or an account if you would like to check it out. Whatever I can do to help resolve it, please just let me know.

    If it is something I simply am missing, I apologize in advance. ??

    Fixed. Was a leading space in a setting. Can no longer happen since 6.1.8
