  • Hey there alecop7,

    Hope you’re well today!

Can you please try testing if you’re having the issue on one of the default WP themes?

If the issue is still there, please try deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which one is conflicting.

Same problem here. Deactivated all other plug-ins, but problem persists.

Using theme “Enfold”. I can see the upper part of the options while it tries to load them, but it then hangs.

When changing the theme to one of the in-built ones of wordpress 2013, 2020 the options dialogue loads, but doesnt show any of the options or category archives to choose from.

    Hey there MarcKersten,

I’ve tested the plugin using twenty fifteen and twenty thirteen themes and I am able to see archive and category sidebars, see screenshot https://screencast.com/t/8DPQm3Dsf.

Are you seeing the same thing? If not can you please post screenshot of that area?

If you’re theme is having any built in options to replace sidebars this can cause plugin not to function properly.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
