  • Hi Hilary Curtiss, what is your settings for Proportional relationship between slideshow’s width and height (width:height) under Display Settings?

    It says 3:1

    Okay thank you for reporting back. If your Slideshow’s height is set to 200 can you changed the number to a higher value for example 450 or what ever height you want.

    I have tried that. I doesn’t change the photo at all.

    If you are adding the shortcode to your theme widget, your theme is somehow controlling your slideshow height. When I view the source code in Firefox all I see is the following height: 200px for all the images and including the slideshow frame.

    Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen and see if the height is set to what ever you set up the height to be in the slideshow control panel.
