Credly Badge Awarded Emails

Hi,

We’re having issues with Credly no longer sending automated emails to users when their submission for a badge has been accepted. It was woking properly for us up until about two days ago and now I can’t seem to find what’s changed?

When someone’s submission is accepted they simply receive a wordpress email (boring) and I’d like to get the nice Credly email notifications back.

I’ve played around with all the settings under “Credly Integration” in BadgeOS as well as poked around our profile on Credly and can’t seem to find anything. Any advice?
