IE 7 displays external pages incorrectly

  • why won’t the external pages I created:
    https://prplnrpl.com/

    display like the news page:
    https://prplnrpl.com/news/

    in Internet Explorer 7?

    They appear correctly in every other browser but not in IE 7.
    In Safari and Firefox you can see the nav and white background and bottom image in the external pages as well as the news page.

    Does anybody know why?

    I think I figured it out as everything seems to be working, including the IE fix for the Flash navigation.
