Hello,

I am using this plugin with the Enfold theme.

My retina images are being created as I can see from the admin that all sizes are in “blue”, but they are not being shown on the website. I checked the log and it does show some are rewritten as show here:

2015-05-07 20:47:59: The img tag ‘<img class=’avia_image’ src=’https://104.236.168.40/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/sensors_drive_context1-80×80.png’ alt=” title=’sensors_drive_context’ itemprop=”contentURL” />’ was rewritten to ‘<img class=’avia_image’ alt=” title=’sensors_drive_context’ itemprop=”contentURL” srcset=”https://104.236.168.40/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/sensors_drive_context1-80×80.png, https://104.236.168.40/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/sensors_drive_context1-80×[email protected] 2x” />’

However, when I check the source code for the images using firefox, it does not have the @2x extension, nor am I seeing the retina images on an iphone or macbook pro.

Which image is supposed to be retina there? Which page, which image?

The small icons to the left of the body text on the home page should be retina (hand holding phone and the dots with lines). When inserting into the image box I used the thumbnail setting, and uploaded an image that was 1024×1024 in size. For thumbnail size, it was blue in the retina plugin admin. I also uploaded a 3000×3000 image size just to be sure, but that didn’t work either.

Did you try the new version of the plugin released today? If yes, what the Retina logs say about it?

Just updated plugin and re-generated those small images on the homepage. No change. Here is the link to my log file:

Weird… Something is blocking or avoiding the plugin to make changes to the final HTML version.

Might be another plugin who does that or even the theme. At this point, you should disable the plugin one by one and maybe even try another theme to see what is doing this.
