Unable to view site or log into WP-admin

I have a site and I tried updating a plugin this morning; Custom-Content-Type-Manager. While it was updating, it was hanging, so I refreshed. When I did that, it killed it.

I cannot access my wp-admin and I cannot access the site. When I try, I get the following:

I’ve accessed my FTP and have tried everything from removing the plugin’s directory to removing everything and replacing with a fresh set of files from the WP install. Still nothing.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
