temp and logs not in open basedir error after changing to 3.2.0-alpha1

I’m having troubles with my backups getting the ‘zip file not closed correctly error’ so I’ve gone to your github and downloaded your master plugin file 3.2.0-alpha1

I uploaded via ftp. I have just tested my backup and it will not run – getting the following errors:

Folder /home/site/public_html/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-ea122c-temp is not in open basedir, please use another folder.
Folder /home/site/public_html/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-ea122c-logs is not in open basedir, please use another folder.

How can I fix this up?
