[Theme: Photocrati] Gallery Option "Import Photocrati" NOT Working

Hi,

I purchased and installed the Photocrati theme to do a website for my company, because they needed a photo gallery-type website that was sleek and professional looking, but needed it in under a week.

I uploaded photos from my computer using the Photocrati gallery feature with few issues. These images fell under specific categories; now I’m trying to import images from these existing galleries to parent pages. However, the “Import Photocrati” option is not working.

I choose “Import Photocrati”, expand the chosen gallery, check “Select All”, and “Import Images”. I’ve tried several times to no avail. I tried uploading from my computer again, to make sure it wasn’t a server space issue, and they uploaded from my computer fine, so that can be ruled out.

The reason I want to import from the other Photocrati galleries is so that I won’t have to retype the titles and captions and relink the websites within the captions. Am I doing something wrong, or is this an issue I should take right to Photocrati?
