very slow load time

I just switched to Pinnacle Premium and my site load time is very slow (over 60 sec according to Kingdom). I have added the Total W3 Cache and it does not seem to have helped. Can you tell me what setting must be ticked on that plugin? I have no other plugins activated.

Most pages from my menu load fine, but the home page and the blog page are having the issue. I would love if you could take a look https://pintsizepilot.com. Thank you.
