Sending posts with specific tags to targeted emails

Hello Sirs,
Can your application send to a group of emails posts with a specific tag only? For example Personality1, Personality2 and Personality3 are 3 tags that can be used in posts. And hence posts containing one tag goes to a specific set of email addresses.
