    Hi,

Sorry to hear about your issue.

This error can occur when you are on a outdated version of WooCommerce (probably < 2.1?).

My first recommendation would be to update your WooCommerce. Having an outdated version poses security risks for your website.

If you want to know how to disable that error, you can log into you FTP -> go to wp-content/plugins/ folder -> rename woocommerce-advanced-free-shipping to something else -> this will disable the plugin automatically and the error will be removed.

Let me know how it works out!

    Thanks,
    Jeroen

    Hi Jeroen,
Thanks for your reply. Very appreciate that.

Yes I think this website is using earlier WooCommerce. It’s not mine actually. Someone made this for the company where I worked now and I don’t know WP either. Could you help me to make your plugin suitable for previous WooCommerce version like mine?

    Thanks Jeroen

    Hi,

It may take a lot of time to make it backward compatible.

More importantly, I do not encourage using outdated software, thats why I only support the last two major releases of WooCommerce ??

What I would recommend again is making sure everything is up to date, not just for this plugin.
If you don’t know a lot about WordPress, there are some cool services out there that can help you with that.

    Hope that helps ??

    Cheers,
    Jeroen
