Backup spins and spins and never completes

  • I’ve used the plugin with success and a few different sites. However, on one particular site, the “complete” backup is not working. Even when I click to run the backup, it spins and spins and spins and spins and never completes. I’ve tried your suggestion of deactivating the plugin, then reactivating it – – no change.

    What do you suggest? Thank you!

    It’s still spinning…..

    I deactivated, reactivated – still spins. I guess we just have to move on to a different backup plugin for this particular site.

    I’m having the same issue as yukon4 and when I try to schedule a full backup it says I don’t have sufficient permissions. Are the two connected? How do I resolve this issue? I’d prefer not to move on to a different plugin because I’ve had such good experiences with this in the past.

    Love the plugin! I worked perfectly before this and I have yet to find another with a simple restore process like this one.

    One way or another, please help and/or let us know if it is still supported.
