A menu-item seems not te be clickable if there are subitems. How to resolve this?
This happens in a custom-made standard menu. Item and sub-items are pages.

Unfortunately, that is the way Bootstrap works and they aren’t going to change it. They say that with so much mobile traffic, they want users to have to click on the parent to open the menu. I have toyed with the idea of allowing for a way to use standard WordPress menus instead of Bootstrap’s menus, but my themes were all designed to be Bootstrap themes so most users are expecting them to work the way that they work now.

What I do is make the first sub-item be a link to all items. E.g.

    WordPress
    All WordPress Themes
    Flat Bootstrap
    Pratt
    Spot
    Etc.
