Customer can't see products using Internet Explorer but can using Chrome

I have users identified as Wholesale Buyers and they are the only ones who can see my wholesale listings. Now all of a sudden, if they use Internet Explorer, they can’t see any products, but if they use another browser they can.
Any suggestions?
