Actually I need to change placeholder= “MM/YYYY” instead of placeholder=”MM/YY”

The credit card form is created by woocommerce. The code for that is here: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/blob/master/includes/abstracts/abstract-wc-payment-gateway.php#L305-L308

The text is translatable, so you can translate it if you’d like. There is also a filter here: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/blob/master/includes/abstracts/abstract-wc-payment-gateway.php#L315 you could use to change the fields directly without translating them.
