Can you provide a few other details about the workflow you’re using? Have you sent a campaign with Goal-tracking enabled that links back to your site? If you don’t mind, can you include a link to your site so I can have a look at things?

I’m using automation to send out a three day email series (www.upyourincome.net) and have goal tracking enabled. Workflow:

1) Subscriber signs up
2) Gets confirmation email with confirmation link (which is also the first job)
3) Subscriber gets second email
4) Subscriber gets third email

I don’t see any Goal tracking code on that site. Is the plugin enabled for that site?

So I’ve been doing some testing over the last day, but everything seems to be working as expected. For privacy reasons, Goal will not track members if they include a ‘Do Not Track’ header in with their request.

Once DNT was disabled, though, I did see the Goal tracking come through for my example account.

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. Glad to hear it should work. Until recently, it didn’t (which is why I deactivated the plugin). I’ll do some testing myself in the next couple of days.

Please feel free to reopen a ticket if you’re still seeing issues. Any additional details you can provide about the step-by-step process you’re using would be great to dig in, as well. It also just copies the javascript code that is used within MailChimp and plugs in a couple of variables.

If you don’t see it tracking with the plugin, give it a shot by copying/pasting that code directly from MailChimp, too.
