BBPress Topics Not 'Natural' Order

Hi there. I’m using the pro version and it seems that the ‘natural’ order (ie: by freshness) of my BBPress replies is not being honoured, even though I have forums, topics and replies all set to ‘hide’ under settings. Is this a bug or a setting that I’m missing?

NB: The order returns to by freshness when I deactivate the Post Type Order plugin.
