    Hello,

I have installed and activated my Etsy Importer plugin as instructed. My issue is when I go to Etsy Importer Settings to enter my API etc I get this message:

    Etsy Importer Settings

Fatal error: Call to undefined function cmb2_metabox_form() in /homepages/29/d267097081/htdocs/softservemag/wp-content/plugins/etsy-importer/includes/settings-page.php on line 95

Please can you advise on how this can be resolved or if I have done anything wrong?

    Many thanks

Just to be sure, where did you install it from, and what version are you on?

the CMB2 stuff should be a part of the plugin folder, unless somehow it came from somewhere else or only a partial upload was made for the plugin itself.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

I downloaded the plugin from the Etsy importer page attached to this support forum today so I assume it is the latest version. Before this I installed the plugin via the wordpress admin back end and ended up with the same problem.

I am running WordPress 4.2.1 which is where the error may have come from?

As far as I know I have all of the files which are included in the download from your plugin page.

Do you know what version of php you’re using? The plugin as-is requires a minimum of php 5.3 because it’s using the __DIR__ magic constant. If you’re comfortable editing the plugin file, you could try replacing that with dirname( __FILE__ ).

Aha! I realised that I did not have a php version attached to my domain. I have now changed this to version 5.5 and it seems to let me in. Many thanks for all of your help and super quick responses. Really appreciated!
