Custom DB Tables how to use API

Hey, I’m using the custom DB table plugin to add tables and data into MySQL DB.. currently I’m trying to use the auto generated API by the plugin but I had not luck.. I’ve created an API key for my host but the json response from the url says authentication failur error 401… any ideas ??
