The parameter app_id is required

Just set it up on 4.2.1 but when trying to log in via facebook I get the following error: “The parameter app_id is required”.
My URL string looks like this:
https://www.facebook.com/dialog/oauth?client_id=&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%2Fwp-login.php%3FloginFacebook%3D1&state=6987545878978675345876898675&scope=email
