[Theme: Twenty Fourteen] Display Sticky Post title on Featured image

By default the title of the sticky post is displayed BELOW the sticky post’s image. Like this:- https://i.imgur.com/8lh8gWk.png

Is there any way that I can make the title appear ON the featured image itself.? Like This :- https://i.imgur.com/3kFKIjG.png

and remove that BLACK background.?
