Docs just seemed to stop?

    Hello Ian,

    I have just uploaded/accessed the Mdocs library on my site running WP 4.21 today [after not using it [Mdocs] for about a month to six weeks.]

    I have seven [7] folders/categories where I upload files for my clients use.

    I uploaded a file successfully and this appears in both the Memphis Docs page and the mDocs Posts page.

    I uploaded a SECOND file, to a different folder/category and clicked the “add document” button BUT instead of the file uploading/page created, the dialogue box simply disappeared?

    Nothing was added to the site? There was nothing in either Docs page or Posts page.

    Confused, I tried to do it again and exactly the same problem occurred. After I hit the “add document” button, the dialogue box simply disappears?

    Can you advise what my be causing this? It seems very odd?

    I am no longer able to add files?

    [Edit: The Pdf file does appear in the MEDIA LIBRARY but shows a question-mark on its name?

    I’ve tested this error and cannot recreate it.

    Have you had any success on your side, can you add a file now?

    Nothing has changed in 6 weeks so this problem has something to do with another plugin is my guess.

    Disable all other plugins then try to add a file again.
