Does this disable outgoing "Update Services" such as ping-o-matic?

    Hi,

    This plugin does only what you can read in the description page, so it’s not related in any way to the Update Services setting.

    When you’re using the Update Services you’re sending the ping to the third-party service, not receiving it. And the list of services used for Update Services are set by the site administrator, so they should be legitimate.
