    You can use property comments or inquiries forms if you have Denali theme.

    I am looking for a property management plugin that will allow for custom tasks to be added to a property and require completion before being “allowed” to be moved to the for sale list on the site. So I would be able to task them to someone that is registered on the site first, then once repairs are approved the listing can be moved to the main page with a simple if then statement.

    You can use our add-on FEPS which allows to add properties from front-end with different property types and attributes. So there can be type – property for repair with tasks(attributes) and inquiry form for those who want to take it. After tasks completed you can change property type and show it in another list.

    Other functionality which will suits your need we do not have.
