404 error on the wp-admin dashboard after automatic upgrade to v4.1.4

    Hi,
    I installed my wp website v4.0 in my localhost IIS windows server last few months and it’s work fine and automatic upgrade worked perfect with recently upgrades but the problem happen yesterday when I got an email notification that the automatic upgrade is successfully done to v4.1.4 but I’m getting a redirect problem and I can’t use any url inside wp-admin it’s redirects to a 404 not found.
    wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Findex.php
    the front page is still working and can be viewed, so I’m really hesitant about replacing files that could damage the whole website, any advice can let the wp-admin work again?

    For a security reason the name of the file upgrade.php was modified, and I return it back then the page worked fine, thanks.
