Wrong approach. You should use Category_Templates and not Pages. Pages are not meant to display multiple posts. Read a bit about them > Pages.

Sorry moshu, I’m not sure if Pages is the right term for it. Basically you know how you have a horizontal navigation bar right below the header? I want there to be a link on that navi bar which points to one of my category’s page. You know what I mean? Say I have a category called “reviews”. So on the top navigation menu, along with “Home”, I want there to be a “Reviews” button(link) which will directly point to the “reviews” category?

Hope that makes it more clear what I’m asking for.
