Upgraded to 1.17.3 now users cant checkout

    I have updated my site to the latest version of wordpress and the latest plugin and now people can no longer checkout.
    Items can be added ok to the basket, the user can start the checkout by adding all their details ok, but when a user clicks on place order after selecting to pay either by Paypal or by Cheque then the checkout page just reloads with no information telling the user what has gone wrong.

    I have gone through disabling all other plugins to see if there is a conflict somewhere but that doesnt seem to be the issue.

    Any ideas what could be wrong or where i can look.

    There is Javascript error on checkout your page. And this causes all your problems with checkout.

    Any ideas what the issue is as i’m just using one of your themes so i’m confused why it would have broke since I done the update

    It is because your theme is pretty outdated, as I know actual version of jigotheme is 2.0.11

    I have the same issue but with a theme I made myself: either the customer cannot check out because “invalid country” or the page reloads without any message but cannot check out.

    Any clue?

    Can you provide system info?

    From the System info tab.

    This is the live site. I have to keep it on 1.15 otherwise the shop does not work (have modified 1.15 too)
