@iworldc – The only time I could see the cookie not getting set properly was if there were JavaScript errors. Do you have a link I can look at and a way to reproduce the issue.

Is it possible to solve this issue even if having few JS errors on a site. Many plugins can cause JS error Visual COmposer for one.

I’m currently making a test website, where we can try to reproduce this and where we can test and experiment.

Another question. Is it possible to have a tickbox “Never show this popup again”, to set a lifetime cookie?

@iworldc – You can set your cookie time to “10 years” and when they close it the same will occur, you can also add a text link with <span class="popmake-close">Never show this popup again</span> that will create the same cookie as the close button.

The problem with cookies like that is that if they clear their browser cookies then they will get the popup again. No such thing as a lifetime cookie these days as often as people clear their browser history.

I don’t know why it’s not working on close. It automatically load after 4 seconds.
