    Hi everyone…

…my ex-web developer purchased Visual Composer to use on my website when she was supposed to build it. She abandoned the project mid-way, and has left me in the shit. I’ve almost finished it myself, but I’m stuck on one thing: I need to change the URL link on an interactive banner in one of the columns on one of the pages of my site (the site is in maintenance mode at present). I’ve tried to set the link, but it keeps defaulting to blank. I managed it yesterday, but I can’t seem to figure it out today.

I’ve spent all afternoon on the internet trying to find the solution, find a tutorial, or something, that could show me what to do.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Please help.

As that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

OK thank you…. figured it out after an hour in front of the telly and a cup of tea (a true ‘eureka!’ moment, lol!).
