themes not showing up

  • I have uploaded and extracted several themes to my hosting account ( I use bluehost) and though they are showing up in my themes folder they are not showing up on my wordpress blog presentations screen

    how can I tell if I’ve done something wrong or how do I tell if the themes are not compatible?
