Is it possible to import Redirection data from sql database?

Files got messed up in the process of converting to a new, mobile-friendly theme, and Redirection no longer has the redirect items.

But I was able to find them in an older website database (.sql) backup, and have copied and pasted the data into a text file. Is it possible for Redirection to import or extract that information to rebuild itself… or am i faced with having to do it manually?
