Images, User Login, Payment

I am trying to create a website that does the following: can anyone tell me or guide me to the correct place if wordpress is able to do these things:

I need to be able to upload images for customers to sell and payment needs to be able to be accepted for those images. They also need to be able to login and create an account.

I need for the images after uploaded to have a comment section and a want section so when the user wants the item they can login, click ¨want¨ and an email is sent to me, the items will be cash on delivery so no shipping

Can anyone help or direct in the right directions?
