Post Navigation Showing a social media icon instead of "next post"

  • At the end of a post instead of showing “continue to next post” or something similar, a LinkedIn icon is showing with my next post title. I don’t know why this social media link is showing. Also to go back to a previous post it shows a Tumbler icon and name of post. THis is very strange. I just want to delete these social icons from showing. Also I don’t even use these social icons so I don’t know where they came from. Please help! Thanks
