More blocking options please

    Thank you for sharing your plugin!

    However when testing locally the poll was blocked after one vote, due to the lack of an option to unblock.
    Could you add the following options:
    1. blocking: never (for testing purpose)
    2. blocking: IP address AND cookies (more secure)

    I would appreciate your help very much. Thanks again for this straitforward plugin!
