• Hi Daniel,

    I am having problems with the responsive nature of the popup maker plugin.

    I chose Small (40%) as the size, but on our phones, it does resize but we cannot scroll down to input the signup fields. When we try to scroll down, it scrolls the page in the background instead. The fields to input are not accessible and cannot be seen on the screen.

    Please help.
    Thanks in advance.

    @cribey – You have the Fixed Position setting checked under Display Settings, unchecking that will allow it to scroll correctly.

    Please take a moment to rate and review the plugin and or support.

    @danieliser Thanks for your reply.

    I have unchecked the tick-box to make it not fixed to see if it accessible on our phones. Should I make it a fixed width and height (320 x 400), or leave it at 40%??

    I have clicked on update and cleared the cookies in my browser, and also tried to re-open the webpage in an incognito window.

    The old popup still shows with the scroll on the side and it looks all messed up. How long until the newly designed popup shows up on a site after refresh (CTRL+R)??

    Thanks, Clive

    @danieliser try:
    https://www.baobabsmile.com
    https://www.baobabsmile.com/recipes/
    https://www.baobabsmile.com/baobab-e-book-recipes/

    these are the pages it
    should’ show up on when using a phone, or ipad/tablet etc.

    I have disabled the cookie trigger so that the popup shows up on all those pages regardless of visiting them previously or not. Sometimes the popup shows up, and sometimes it’s different, and sometimes it works.

    Cheers,
    Clive

    @cribey – You have scrollable content enabled. Try setting the size to custom and unchecking that box for scrollable content, then set the size back to 40%.
